1. Acceptance of terms
Using this website and requesting quotes or services through it means you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Description of services
Atzin Tech Solutions offers web development, design, and maintenance services, as well as custom systems for small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope of each project (features, delivery timelines, costs) is defined in a formal quote, not in the general information shown on this site.
3. Quotes
The quote tool on this site provides reference estimates based on the information you provide; it does not constitute a contract or a final price. The final cost, scope, and timeline of a project are established only in a formal written quote agreed upon by both parties. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless stated otherwise.
4. Contracting and payments
This site does not currently process online payments; any payment related to a project is arranged directly with the client through our contact channels and formalized separately. Payment terms (deposits, installments, payment method) are defined in each quote or contract.
5. Intellectual property
Once the total agreed payment for a project has been made, the final deliverables (code, designs) are transferred to the client as set out in the corresponding quote. Atzin Tech Solutions reserves the right to showcase the project as part of its portfolio, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
6. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, and access needed to develop the project. Delays resulting from missing information are not the responsibility of Atzin Tech Solutions.
7. Limitation of liability
Atzin Tech Solutions is not liable for misuse of the systems it develops, for unauthorized modifications made by third parties, or for service interruptions caused by external providers (hosting, domain, WhatsApp/Meta, or others) beyond our control.
8. Official communication
The email and WhatsApp number listed on this site are the official communication channels for Atzin Tech Solutions. Relevant agreements for each project should be confirmed through these channels.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes take effect once published on this site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Mexican law. Any related dispute will be resolved in accordance with that law.
